As a Clinical  Hypnotherapist, my expertise is in treating adults and adolescents for  depression or other psychological and emotional conditions. These may have their origins in childhood, either as unresolved childhood emotional issues (eg anger, grief, abandonment) or problematic behaviour patterns that had their origins in negative self beliefs  or adaptive behaviour as a child.  Often, behaviour that is adaptive as a child can become dysfunctional as an adult and negative self beliefs can be self sabotaging.
